The other night for dinner my wife, three daughters and I tried a total raw dinner for the first time. What a feeling! Raw Foods are chock full of nutrients and enzymes that get cooked away in traditional food preparation. We all left the table feeling energized and really healthy, and plan to integrate more raw dishes into our menu. We found a great raw cookbook (or un-cookbook) by Charlie Trotter and Roxanne Klein simply called Raw. Enjoy!
