	*World Wide Village* intends to be the catalyst for the creation of vibrant communities through the establishment and support of Christian churches, schools, and medical facilities, all of which are created alongside sustainable micro-enterprises. Our current focus is in Haiti, the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Our initiatives for 2009-2010 include the following: supplying nutritional meals, supplying poultry, goats and sewing machines to create family oriented micro enterprises, providing low cost housing, emergency preparedness and providing Christian education. 	Girls on the Run® is a program for 8 to 13 year old girls. We combine an interactive curriculum and running to inspire self-respect and healthy lifestyles in pre-teen girls. In addition to providing direct financial assistance to women battling breast cancer, we maintain an extensive program of procuring medicines, care items and medical supplies for our service program partners in the U.S. and impoverished or developing countries. 	Cheerful Givers believes that everyone deserves a happy birthday. Your support helps us purchase items and supplies to make birthday gift bags for children who are homeless or living in poverty.
